This spot is not just about the food; it’s a culinary experience. As a food reviewer, I have always believed that breakfast is the most essential meal of the day, and The Coffee Shop does not disappoint. From classics like the All American Breakfast, featuring fluffy eggs, crispy hash browns, and toast, to hearty selections like the Steak & Eggs, an 8oz New York steak paired with eggs cooked to your liking, each dish is prepared with precision and care.
- The Benedict: This isn't just any eggs benedict; it features poached eggs atop shaved applewood smoked ham and an English muffin, drizzled with hollandaise sauce. This dish is priced at $18.95 and delivers flavors that cascade harmoniously on the palate.
- Pancake Tower: A whimsical breakfast delight, it stacks pancakes with sausage patties and crispy bacon, creating an indulgent experience that’s perfect for sharing or savoring solo at $18.95.
- Homemade Biscuits & Gravy: At just $13.95, these fluffy biscuits are generously smothered in rich country gravy, a dish that embodies comfort and indulgence, especially when topped with two perfectly cooked eggs for just an additional $2.

Breakfast/ lunch spot inside of treasure island. More seats far enough away from the casino floor you don't feel on top of it. Water and coffee came quick. Pancakes were super fluffy and sausage patties were perfectly tucked in. 1 piece of bacon on top made for a nice center piece. Eggs made it very filing.

American Breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns with grilled onions and toast) with a glass of milk. $32 tax and tip. Obviously a little pricey for breakfast but this is quality that Im willing to pay for occasionally. Eggs were light and fluffy. Entire meal was well prepared. Service was professional, tho a little behind today. Atmosphere is comfortable and clean. Place is busy and seems popular. Was surprised by the 2.7 cumulative star rating. This was my 2nd time here for breakfast and I'll be back.

Had lunch here and our food was good. Service was also very friendly. Kinda what you expect for a casino resturant.

I saw a ton of negative reviews which prevented me from coming in until the last day of my stay at TI. I'm trying to bump up their score because it deserves better. Majority of the negative Yelp reviews touched base on price. My party went to Starbucks inside TI most mornings for a breakfast sandwich. I was under the impression from the reviews that this spot was expensive and not memorable. Im glad I came in and I was wrong. Wow. We both wish we ate here sooner! The food was phenomenal, service was excellent, and ambience was clean. We were sat right away, offered drinks within 2 minutes, and our server greeted us just as fast. We both ordered the steak and eggs, medium rare. Most reviews complained about the price. I found that it was reasonable considering we're in a casino on the strip in Las Vegas. Either way, my recommendation is the steak, splurge. It was delicious, it hits the spot, and it was heavy. We were set until dinner. The steak was cooked to perfection. It was a bomb memorable meal! If you're staying at TI, looking for a sit down breakfast before starting your day, highly recommend this spot.

We ate here twice during our recent stay at Treasure Island. For our first lunch we had chicken fingers, they were pretty typical, large and decent. For breakfast on our last day I had bacon and eggs and my husband had steak and eggs. Both were excellent. I even ate all my toast, which I never do. Both times our servers were great. In particular for breakfast they had a big crowd and were very efficient getting us seated. A nice spot for a quick meal and decent coffee shop food.
